On South Coast, you find very few people on the main road to Tanzania. From the main road, there are minor tracks leading to houses, some go to hotels. The names of some hotels are: Neptune Village, Blue Elephant.

The sea is clear blue and the sand is golden. There is a nice view of the sea. The main transport on the road is buses which go to Tanzania and some of them go to hotels. When you are going along the road, you will see many people working near their houses and many of them are wives and their daughters, their husband work in North Coast. When you get to the boundary of South Coast/Tanzania, there is developed security and the policemen are very strict. Cars which come from Tanzania must stop for the police men to check if there are guns or drugs.
