LAMU.

Lamu is situated on the Kenyan coast. There are many different ways to get to Lamu. Lamu is known for it's friendly people and it's sandy beaches. Lamu attractes many tourists every year. The various transports to go to Lamu are by boat, bus, private car and by plane. The only transportation in Lamu is on Donkey's back,[ as there is no space for roads],there are only small gaps between the house.The people of Lamu care alot about there religion,they work together in every thing.The people of lamu earn there living by fishing.There is this tradition that at every wedding this horn that is taken of cows when slautered is blown.The religious outfits of the women is called a 'Buibui' it is a black type of cloth worn on top of there clothes. And the man usually wear a "kanzu" it is a kind of white dress which is worn by most man for the friday prayer
